They charged excess without intimating the customer...first they told as treatment cost 6300 and i paid advance of 3300..again after 3 days guy name called Umesh told order has some issue and he need to re- order again
Next day my brother_in_law went made payment 3000 but this time they charged 10000 which was not informed to me nor to my sister and called number of times to name called Umesh he didn't told us about increase in treatment.
Behavior of this staff is ridiculous.. if i ask for why this difference in the bill then he will respond in the such a way whether you required RAI therapy or not that you after 4 days and my mother theriod was in high stage.
And for the refund of 3300/ which i paid earlier for which they took request on 04/01/2020 still not refunded till date 20/01/2020
When we check reciept of refund which he took on 4th Jan 2020 which clearly shows they deliberately cancel the earlier order and re order with excess charge of 10000 which was not intimated to us.
My mother treatment was done after 12 day R after contentiously follow up and numerous calling to them.
In absorption also they shown negligence as doctor clear said meet us while leaving but this people not allowed my mother to meet the doctor and they go to home take rest.
While on the way to home my mother had a issue again we went to center and we argue to them then allow us to meet the doctor.
This is purely negligence from your side and you people are looting patient.
Guy name Called Umesh neglecting the call when i ask for refund the status giving manager no. which they don't pick the call also.
For your proof, i have attached all the bills before and after and cancellation order receipts from your side.
