Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — Refund request | |||
Hi Team, I have requested for a refund of the amount paid for a service that is not utilised. While billing, the billing guy insisted on taking 2 bills as that would help them increase the bill counts. The refund request was placed on 21st November for both the bills. While we were told that we would get the refund of entire amount, we got a refund of one bill post a deduction and there has been no update on the other bill at all. Have followed up with multiple calls and messages and even escalated to the branch manager Naga Sai with no movement on the status till date. With no other option to look for, raising this complaint. Please help. Details below : Patient Name : Master Vedansh Refund request submitted on 21-Nov-2020. Reg IDs : [protected] & [protected] total amount to be refunded : 10700+ 3700 = total : 14400 rupees. Beneficiary details : Sirisha Andhyala We got a payment of 10539 only. i have visited to Vijaya Diagnostic center, AS rao nagar on 10th june -2021 for ultra sound scan for my child and LFT is entered wrongly by reception and paid extra full amount of 2890/- ... so i have filed application for Refund the amount .. But still i have not recived refund amount. Irresponsible persons unable to contact as rao nagar as they are not lifting calls and the PR number is switched off. What a maniputating Diagnostic center without doing test and entering extra test in bill and looting money. I want my refund back at any cost.
