I have taken vijaya diagnostics home sample collection appointment for some blood tests on 25-jul-2020. The sample was collected by the technician on 25-jul-2020 saturday morning. The technician collected cash (They said they take only cash) for the tests (21000 rs). The reports were supposed to come by saturday evening.
Then starts the nightmare. 26-jul sunday morning i called their customer care that i didnt get the reports/link that my sample was being processed. They said they had some technical issue. After several calls to their customer care number, they mailed the reports (Partial) by sunday evening.
The reports missed acth test and free testosterone, total testosterone reports.
On sunday 26-jul evening when we called customer care about this, they said the sample is corrupted for acth test, they have to collect the sample again and setup a home collection appointment for 27-jul monday morning. Testosterone results they said they will give on monday.
27-jul monday, no technician visited us to collect the sample. Testosterone results hadnt come. When we called the customer care multiple times, they asked us to talk to the local branch (Who when we called said home sample collection is not their domain, we should call customer care). After talking to the customer care manager manish, he setup another home collection appointment for 28-jul tuesday morning.
As expected, no one turned up on tuesday morning for sample collection.
Only total testosterone result came. When i called customer care again (After a 20 min call) asking them to cancel and refund acth test and free testosterone tests, they said they will discuss and call me back about it. They are not refunding nor performing the tests.
