11/07/2018 ordered this product (Order # 9251-vd) for $149.94 which was taken out of my account in november 2018. Spoke with usps supervisor on 01/28/2018 (Case # hq[protected]... Tracking # lw[protected]cn indicated the package arrived san diego 01/18/2019... Then went to los angeles 01/19/2019... Then said "in transit to next facility"?? I emailed viral deals on 02/22 and 03/06 and again on 04/09/2019 a person called mary responded with a form letter. The last email i received said it was delivered to me on 12/01/18? Seeing how no one knows where the item is... I am requesting a full refund asap... I think 6 months is way to long to wait for your product and now my refund.
