[Resolved] Viral Deal — Mobile phone is not received | |||||
Sir, I booked mobile redmi note 4 via internet through my SBI Visa debit Card on 29.6.2017 to viral deal and I got SMS that my order No. is [protected]. When I tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. When I checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company. Till today, I did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal. I have booked redmi note 4 from viral deal on 1 of july. I have also paid 2750 from my accout.but its 13 today. Not even a conformation message is not recieved. So please give me the phone or refund my money.the order no is [protected]
