Viral Deal — i ordered mobile still not received product and any information about that

I orderd mobile in viral deal ₹349 on 12 oct 2017 still i did not recieved any information, updates about this order, i think viral deal is cheating site, please take complaint against viral deal, i an calling customer care number but this always tell please check the number and mailed also but still i did not got any reply.
This is most cheating in making money...
