Viral Deal — not receiving goods

I ordered a slimming product back last october 2018
Two months later i found out that it had arrived at my apartment building with no flat number so was sent back to supplier
I emailed them and a lady named mary said she would look into it
A couple of months later i emailed her again and she said she would act upon it
Last email was early feb
She was to look into why
Now mid march and when i tried emailing her again it wouldn’t go through
It said that my email had no content
I tried twice
I think 5 months is a pretty long time to have waited for something when they took my money in october 2018
I’m wondering if they have gone out of business
I have been very patient up until now
