Viral Deal — poor and damaged product - no reply

I had ordered electric brush cleaner which is of cheap quality and damaged. I have paid rs 2600 for it.
I am trying to contact the customer care, the phone is switched off, they don’t reply to emails.
I need my money back.
I have been trying to contact them everywhere. This is not done. They cannot fool the consumers like this.
It was a gift to my mother with my pocket money.
This is totally unfair to the customer and waste of our hard earned money.
Please help me.
