Viral Deal — purchased product and company will not refund my money

Purchased ultra slim product as soon as i received it i contacted the company to return the product and it took 3 weeks before i heard back from a live person all the response came from a generated message i have been back and forth sending emails while they keep trying to convince me to keep the product i never even used it and it took them forever to send it to me so by the time i received it i no longer wanted it it cost a 150.00 dollars i keep asking them to send me a rma number so i can return it it’s been since december 2018 and i still haven’t gotten a rma number to return the item and my return warranty is about to expire they asked me to send pictures of the package so i did 2 weeks later they asked me again to send pictures i just want to return the product and get my money back when i first ordered the product it did not say i would have to order creams to use it i found out when i opened the package and read the instructions that’s when i decided i no longer wanted the product i don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars more to use something all i want is to return it and get my money back
