Order it via viral deals advertisement which was shown on instagram it directed me to the viral deals.in page i received my order on 8th of august 2019 i paid 700and when opened the parcel the product was torn i tried to call on their customer care number it never rings it just shows busy or switched off or out of coverage this the biggest mistake i ever made while shopping online this is a very smooth way of making people fool i have never in my life have come across such kind of frauds i even mailed them i don't think i will ever get any reply they have been successful in robbing my money

I didn't get the ordered product till today as it was supposed to come yesterday

I got a used product which is scratched and broken. So highly likely you will receive a damaged product as well. And calling customer service won't help either. They don't pick up or is busy or disconnected. Their email also is fraudulent

I have the same issue. They sent me a used product. This company is a fraud and no one is doing anything about despite all the complaints I've read everywhere

We bought a product called Spin Cleaner Brush through Viral.The product is not working properly and need to be returned within 6 days as per the guidelines which is valid till Wednesday and trying to contact for the same.

If the same is not taken back then I will be forced to approach the Consumer Forum.
