Viraldeal — product/order booking for fraud online e money translation

Sir,
I have ordered refurbished redmi note 4 mobile via internet through my axis credit card on 13.09.2017 to viral deal and i got sms that my order no. Is [protected]. When i tried to contact customer care [protected], [protected] the number is not responding. When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my e-payment is received by the company. Till today, i did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal. I want my hard earn money back. Please take the necessary action against this fraud company and manage the return of my hard earn money...
Request you to take some hard steps on this type of fraud company. I spent inr 2749.

The above complaint may be true. I also booked redmi note 4 on 28 aug order no [protected]. No mobile no is working. After taking the money they just do not care. This is just fraud of cheating money by online marketing. I warn the people of getting cheated.
