1. That i have placed order no [protected] dt 10/4/2018 for refurbished redmi note 4 cell phone to the said company.
2. I made the payment after approval of the order on dated 10/04/2018 vide neft
No[protected] from sbi bank mandi gobind garh.
3. After wards i am not getting any response from the company. We have approached the company by email also. We are getting no response.
4. On 5/05/2018 i received a packet through a courier (Aramex awb no [protected]) damaalshop.com which bears phone. No [protected] &[protected] which are not responding.
5. On the cover email id is written [protected]@dhaamalshop.com.
6. To my surprise i found in the packet maxfone opal o-ii model q11

Please provide me justice as it is clear-cut cheating.
