Licence No. :- MH-04-[protected] Date of Issue :- 13/09/1993 Valid Up To :- 27/12/2015 Badge No. :- 180097. Permit No. 4204/BSN Permit Status :- Expire on 2012. Auto Rickshaw No :- MH-04-AE-1470. PAN No. :- AEYPD2078K. We hereby request you to kindly give me proper guidance to renew the Permit. As I visited to Virat R.T.O. Office, but it was fully rushed, unable to get proper response.
