I travelled from bangalore to lucknow via new delhi on 26 august 2017. Flight took off from bangalore at 9:55 am and reached delhi around 1 pm and then i was given new boarding pass for flight at 16:15pm though my connecting flight was at 13:40pm. I was not asked for any waiting lounge and any food as this reschedule changes. And on reaching lucknow, i found my baggage is broken and treatment of employee was also very casual and i didn't got any immediate help.
I am very dissatisfied with the service.
Kindly take my complaint and provide refund for my broken baggage. Was this information helpful? |
