They didn't allow me to board the flight from DEL to BLR UK-811, 17th April 2017 even though I was in the airport 45 minutes prior to the departure time. They wasted my time first and after few minutes of arguments said that I am late and gates are already closed. I am a frequent flyer and this has never happened to me as other airlines never do this.. Horrible experience..I am never going to fly with you #Vistara and will post my complaint on all social networking media asking everyone not to choose your services as your keep such staff who do not care about anyone's urgency or anything but just their arrogance and stubbornness!
I thought you would be a nice option to travel as you hold nice figure in market but didn't know that you keep such staff in your family too!! To hell with you and your services. You lost an honest customer. Wish you all the best.. Was this information helpful? |
