Vistara Airlines — refund not get

I didnot get my refund from air vistara and i several times called in its customer care n mailed the company ao many times bt nothing had happened and their representative dodged me every time

I wld like to inform u tat i hv booked a two way bound ticket fr del to bbn n return on 28.08.19 ref no. Malpz8 bt due to ur mistake it was auto cancelled, error by ur it department ur crm mr rockey singh told me to send full payment of 12998 n assured me to get back excess amt refund by neft
