Vistara Airlines — refund the whole money of tickets

On 1 march i book 7 tickets from delhi to trivandrum, (Kerala) for 16 april 2020.
I book these tickets for family tour. But i don't know that coronavirus disease will be spreading so fastly. So today we all are suffering from coronavirus. Due to this our government has cancelled all flights between 24 march to 3 may. Dgca announced that all the money of tickets will should be refunded after 3 weeks of ticket booking date. So related to refund policy i call to vistara customer care but they refused to gave my money back. They only give me option of reschedule the flight and they give me time of reschedule only one year. Due to coronavirus our family economic condition is poor and in next 1 year we can't afford a tour. After that i understand that vistara is wrost airline company.
