This is regarding my flight booked for 25th august from delhi to hyderabad at 14:55pm with PNR number WQH500 with vistara. Due to city traffic i reached the airport at 14:28pm along with my mobile boarding pass, as i was aware of that i am late so i directly approached to their help desk in airport at 14:31pm to ask if i need any print of boarding pass or can proceed with mobile scan code pass and asked for their help but instead of helping me and guiding me that you do not need print as i was having scan bar they wasted my crucial 15 mins by saying that nothing can be done because boarding was completed and you can not board in as we can not generate boarding pass now in-spite of i was continuously telling them that me that i am having boarding pass. while conversation and requesting, at 12:43pm i received a call from boarding gate conveying me that gate is about to close and mam, u can board in if checked in but i was misguided by desk staff and advised to take next vistara flight after 3 hours. It was a hurting experience and harassment by the vistara staff and made me to miss the flight, waste the money and time. i need refund and compensation for the wastage of the time, money to purchase ticket in emergency along with mental harassment. what is the need of web check in if on reaching time also staff members are not letting the passenger to move towards the gate and give harassment.
