I have taken ticken from Wenzhou to Madras (connection Flight). As the airline from Wenzhou to Kunming had delayed, I had missed the flight from Kunming to Culcutta. From Kunming, the airline had arranged a ticket for the next day for free of cost. Once I reached Culcutta, I had reported the issue at the airline counter (Vistara Airlines). But they were not ready to provide the ticket for free. The airline staff from Kunming informed me that Vistara will also give the ticket to travel as the flight missed was not my fault. But they did provide any ticket. Later I had forced to take another ticket of Rs.11104

    The ticket for delhi from portblair was booked having pnr no. Uu2myg fpr the passenger —
    1. Kashu dua
    2. Shragharika dua
    But due to spelling mistake in name the ticket of passenger no.1 was canceiied by vistara air linnes on my request and fresh ticket was booked for same person with correct name akash dua with pnr no. Onznou. And minor mistake will be corrected in the passenger no.2 as told by customer care attendant. It has been told at portblair air port that the ticket of shrangharika has also been cancelled by irctc which was never requested for cancellation. Due to this we were very in trouble at portblair air porton 17/6/2018. The fresh ticket for shrangarika dua again purchased on very high rate vide pnr no. Vou8jp. I have not received full amount so far and excess amount which i have paid during purchase immediate ticket vide pnr no. Vou8jp. Therefore request to refund total amount in addition to excess amount paid by me during purchase immediate ticket.

      Dear vistara team,
      I was traveling with vistara flight no. Uk 813 dated 13 june 2018 with name of arundhati/richanshu arya baranwal. I faced problem when boarding to flight after baggage check-in. I kept the power bank unknowingly to my luggage which i come to know when vistara ground staff informed to us and he took me to the security department where he informed me to remove & dispose the power bank. I requested him as i am here: let me hand carry the power bank as a cabin luggage which is legal but he forced me to dispose it & sign on the disposal form. So i told him as it is my property, i will dispose it myself. He threaten me if i dispose i will face a big problem then i ignore him & break the power bank. I don't understand why are they not return me my power bank? It is really very embrassing. I am attaching herewith the vistara complaint form. Kindly send me your justification as i lost my property.

        Issue -.

        1. On 11th feb we had flight from delhi to srinagar for both o[censored]s but due to personal problems flight missed

        2. On 12th feb we both board the flight but due to bed weather in srinagar the flight was enable to land and flight return back to delhi.. Please refer below attachment for both o[censored]s boarding pass.

        3. Regarding issue i had word with mmt and they try to confirm the same from ur end but as per them as concern is old so they askeed to mark and email in order to recieve flight cancellation confirmation..

        Please refer attachment for boarding pass for both o[censored]s on 12th february along with all details..

        So request you to provide confirmation of cancellation so that refund can be processed...

          I m extremely disappointed by the services of vistara airlines. I’m flying from new delhi to hyderabad on 4th june unfortunately terminal is not mentioned in my e ticket and i have written the mail regarding the same which i haven’t got a reply. Yesterday also i’ve checked in online and the boarding pass is not sent to my mail. Ihave no idea about my flight which is really disappointing.

            They are not providing the correct region for delay. Every 1 hrs next massage that flight is delayed 1 hrs more. Now at 23.34 they are replying us that no cure member is available for flight so they are calling the crew member from mumbai and we have to wait further 2 hrs more. We do not that this time they are confirming us correct information or still they are tell us lie. Situation is very worst at airport no water is avilable to drink

              Hi,
              This is regarding my booking i made through my hdfc debit card on 8th may 2018 for a flight 816 vistara. The flight is from bengaluru to delhi.
              I made payment of rs.12507 through my debit account, however the flight was not booked and the money was deducted from account. The payment was done through net banking. And i have all the supporting documents and transaction ids.
              When contacted the customer care, they said, it's going to take 7 working days for your firm to return the money back.

              However, for a person like me, it's very difficult to believe to customer executive saying the same, i asked him to just put an email stating the same if you are very sure that the money will refunded. But the customer executive declined that as well.

              The summary is, i am very agitated, the money being so hefty and such responses from your firm's end, shatters all my respect and dignity for the organization. My call was cut in midst leaving me hung up during the conversation of customer executive. Being a defence personnel, i believe that the customer should be answered with all questions and doubts he or she is having, especially in such case when the mistake is from your end. It is difficult for me to i believe the words of your executive when i was hung up in the middle of call.

              This is the first time i was booking my flight with vistara. With the unfolding of situations, i think it will definitely be he last one.
              Please provide me proper explanation on your part about the money refund.

                Respected vistara team,
                Today fist time i take the fight with my family we are four person travail with flight no uk 959 delhi to ahmedabad we have 6 bag apart from 6 we got 5 bag and one back is not comei wait 40 min on balt after that i asked vistara people but they is saying your bag struck in 4 in new delhi and they informed me regarding this but they are saying lie. No one informed me. Now i am waiting airport almost 1:30min still is didn't got the bag. The vistara people are talking ridiculous and i think your service is very bad i will not take this flight again : good by vistara

                  I m manpreet from 14gtc subathu, i booked a tickets of my recruits on 7th jan 2018 booking ref no.[protected] or[protected] but ur flight has reshedule. I did not received any message, mail etc of regarding flight timings. My 6 passenger has reached delhi airport on timing but flight has gone on 10:25. Your airline members cancelled their tickets on airport (Rp/swi1g/swi1gab7vk0/62k7/1436390 or rp/swi1g/swi1gah1wdu/62k7/1436390 on 12 feb 2018/0430z.                     I would like to draw your attention over a theft which happened on 03/03/2018 near boarding gate no.20 in Kolkata Airport between 1900 hrs & 1920 hrs.I was travelling with my baby(1yr old), wife & mother. My baby was wearing a silver bangle adjustable one in both hands & its there in his hands all the time, as we reached the boarding gate 20 after security checking, my wife went & mother went to wash room after they came back I went to wash room & when I came back I found a lady sitting in my chair, so I took my child & went to food court near the gate, roam a little & came back for boarding. We find out in the flight that his bangles are missing, then checked our selfie clicks & find out that it was during the period when I went to the wash room it must have been taken out from both his hands because my wife & mother was busy in phone calls & my child not yet learnt to speak.

                    I request you to please check the CCTV footage for that period (7pm - 7.20pm) & share it with me as well because that lady suspect must have a boarding pass could be caught easily as she was not in the flight. Its not a matter of cost but matter of security.
                    Please help me in nailing down the culprit. A picture of my son is attached for reference.

                      You deduct my amount but cannot book my ticket.
                      I got mail from your side (Ccavenue) for the ticket amount you have received but your costumer guys says we don't receive your amount.
                      When you get my ticket amount in your record then also you are not booking my ticket.
                      The problem is on your system still you are not helping to book my ticket.
                      You are assuring to refund my amount in next 5-10 days. Seriously!
                      I have to leave after 10 days. According to you i will wait for my amount for next 10 days and then when i will get my amount then again book my ticket for next day. You i can get same amount of flight for next date.

                      This is my personal first and last booking to vistara.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I was texted numerous times by vistara, to tell me that the above flight was delayed; the revised time kept changing and, in addition, i was also receiving messages advising me to switch to an earlier flight, as it wasn’t guaranteed that i would make my connection (These messages were useless, as they were received by me much too late in the day).

                        Anyway, i was tight for time to catch my connecting flight from delhi to heathrow anyway, so you left me with no alternative but to book an earlier flight with a different airline.

                        I must say that i am exceptionally disappointed with vistara; in addition i spent a lot of money on telephone calls on saturday, trying to establish what was going on (I have a uk phone, so the call was costing me £2 per minute - £30 in total – i was speaking to somebody who wasn’t clear and did not speak adequate english). You spoilt the last day of my vacation; a day when i had planned to have a special birthday lunch with special friends – all cancelled because of your useless airline!!!

                        So, i had to rebook with go-air 11, 000 rupee plus an upgrade fee (Related to excess luggage weight – their allowance is lower than vistara) of 3, 500 rupee, so a total of 14, 500 rupee (£181). Also, what about compensation for my lost and ruined saturday!!!

                        Hopefully you will re-impburse me without me having to take matters further.

                        Please confirm or otherwise let me know the escalation procedure as well as the indian court through which i can properly take action to recover the debt.

                          My air tkt on vistara had been cancelled without my knowledge. Ref my previous complain on this regard. As per air line, tkt had been cancelled through web. But they are unable to provide source of cancellation, on which id this request was generated. It only the air line who cancelled the tkt to benefit some of the near dear harassing one of the innocent passenger. Please verify and monitory loss to the customer should considered.

                            I have to take flight from ahmedabad to delhi flight no. Uk0946. Flight delayed for 3 hrs which i know after reached at airport and my wife and 2years old baby get flight from airindia on same date& time (20/01/18) and they will be reached at delhi on time and i will meet them after 3 hrs. I feel very disaponitment and fully herrasment from vistara airlines. I want my money back and never suggest anyone to take vistara flight. My baby is 2 years old and she disturb highly when she wait me for 3hrs. There is no sense to take flight instead of train.

                              Yesterday i traveled from Ahmedabad to delhi at 20:20 pm in UK 966, i put my bag in Luggage at ahmedabad Airport in good condition, but when i received my bag from Belt no 2 at IGIA(indira gandhi international airport delhi at T3, it was in pathetic condition one side was torn like anything, now bag is not in usable condition, it is not expected from your prestigious Airline, i was in hurry as flight reached late by 25 min and i had to catch Volvo from ISBT Delhi at 12 am so i immediately rushed to Metro for the same, as i am regular traveller in vistara from Ahmedabad to delhi and vise a versa once in Month for official purpose
                              i am attaching boarding pass and condition of Bag, (photo graph ar more than 2 MB so not able top attach, send me some personal ID of your manager .i need New bag in return

                                  I booked flight ticket from Srinagar to Nagpur via Delhi on Dt. 09.12.2017 through VISTARA (PNR No. WEOZWA) from Srinagar to Delhi on dt 30.12.2017 and then connecting Air India (PNR No. ZoGF2) from Delhi to Nagpur on dt 31.12.2017 early morning. As per flight schedule i reached the Srinagar airport in time and clear my security check at VISTARA. But i am denied for boarding pass as my ticket was found cancelled. it was surprise to me because i have not cancelled any ticket. I approached the VISTARA help line at Srinagar but unable to board the flight as there is no seat available on the flight. As per their suggestion i booked complain VISTARA customer care (Complain No. TCT[protected] Dt. 30.12.2017) and booked a flight on Indigo(PNR No. HDWM2T) on emergency at higher Cost Rs. 8489.00 due to the negligence of VISTARA. After that i have been approaching VISTARA customer care and nodal officer constantly through telecon & mail ID to resolve my case and bear a monetary loss of Rs.15000.00 appox (Indigo tkt price Rs. 8489.00 + vistara tkt price Rs.4490.00) over and above of mental and physical harassment. Steel my case is pending and vistara is not attending me. Please look the matter seriously.

                                    My pnr number is pnr:q7rs58
                                    I am quite disappointed with your services. I had my flight on 1jan at 12:45 am. Due to some weather conditions i could not reach early. I addressed the counter around 12:15 am. Although web-check in was done from my end. Still they didn't allow the boarding. I think taking weather conditions into consideration they can allow the passenger to board that time. There was quite dense fog due to which my ride delayed around 3 hrs. It is a total harrasment for a girl. I could consider it another case if the flight has took off but in my case it was there at the airport only. How can she manager afterwards especially when she is alone and her journey to home is about more than 300 kms and that too with less transportation service in the early morning. If not then i will go further such that it doesn't happen to any other girl in future.

                                    Please help by refunding some amount.

                                      Through airvistara web portal, i booked a ticket from ranchi to bengaluru for dated 08.01.2018 in the name of karan surya. I made my payment using paytm wallet. My bank account as well as paytm account is debited for rs. 5739- but the ticket didn't got booked. I got a mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com
                                      Suggesting me to contact airvistara directly. Details of order mentioned in the mail are as under:

                                      Please either book my ticket or refund my amount so that i can book another ticket.

                                        It was totally fraud and online cheating money making spammers.

                                        I already cheated by one of those people by paying of amount rs.12500/- for spicejet...
