I am (Sanjeev Kanda), the frequent flyer of VISTARA holding SILVER membership UK UK[protected] & my wife, Mrs. Renu Kanda holding frequent flyer No. UK[protected]/BASE, have booked 2 Tickets of Business Class, for travelling from Delhi to Chennai on dated 12.04.2023.
Airlines & ticket details: UK[protected]/SILV-UK839/ET No.[protected]Sanjeev Kanda) & UK[protected]/BASE-UK839 / ET No.[protected].
But it was the worst experience, we just faced direct humiliating & insulting situation at the time of food choice, when the flight attendants, Ms. Pragati and Ms. Sharuti, told us that business class food had been finished & they could provide us only economy & premium economy class foods which were left with them. How is it possible..? Because only 8 passengers were there in the Business Class.
It's unbelievable, I never expected this kind of behavior from such a reputed airline. What an explanation to this, who is responsible for this situation, why finished even though having only 8 passengers.
We have paid for the Business Class facilities/ amenities/ convenience and the food is included, it is not free or complimentary given by the airlines, then how & why the food got finished.
What is the explanation for this ...? Why not take any action against the Airline...? Was this information helpful? |
