Vistara — Debarred to board d flight without informing passenger about COVID rules

Dear sir
It’s very painful to experience the irrational Behavior of vistara staff at T3 terminal at boarding counter. My daughter when arrived there for boarding pass was shocked to learn that she is not allowed to board because of want of RTPCR report. She had no clue of this norm since it was not mentioned in the ticket and more so no such message was passed. Least the air lines could do was to send a simple message to all passenger to carry the requisite documents to board flight for Bagdogra. I being in Army sitting at the remotest place felt helpless to reach out to her rescue. A pathetic experience with Vistara. It needs to be investigated by you and communicate to me for cause of such torture.5XKSTH was the PNR no. Refused to even reschedule the ticket when she reached booking counter. Please reply
