PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VISTARA.
I had booked a flight from mumbai to Delhi, 22nd jan 2023- UK 952. For my mother- mrs Prem Sethi.- 78 years old.
We had booked in a request for wheelchair assistance for her as she has severe osteoporosis and has undergobe several operations, including spine surgery. I had got a confirmation mail regarding the same. But, to my utter surprise and disappointment, the vistara people at the airpirt were of ZERO HELP/ ASSISTANCE.
We were stranded at the airport, waiting for the wheelchair, for almost 45 mins. That too after contacting the service booth at gate no 2 and gate no 1.
Finally, with no choice left, she had to walk jnside and even push her bag trolley on her own.
it was such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
After checkin, she was given the assistance after waiting for an hour.
Then, to top the harassment, the assistant ( who was pushing 2 elderly people together), just left her stranded in the wheelchair in front of some other gate only. She realised it when it was way past her boarding time. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT!!!
WHY IS VISTARA PROMISING SUCH BENEFITS TO SENIOR CITIZENS WHEN THEY DONOT INTEND TO ABIDE BY THEM????????
VISTARA NEEDS TO BE DRAGGED TO CONSUMER COURT.
I WILL DEFINITELY NOT LET THIS PASS BY AS THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE.
YOU can pull out all CCTV images from the airport and check.
