My flight which is scheduled for departure on 2nd july, got rescheduled to 4th july, 2020 within intimation of not before 24 hrs. When customer care was contacted then one lady gave the assurance that she will be connecting my call with her senior executive within one minute then she made me waited for 50 minutes. Then out of frustration i disconnected the call. First of all i waited for at least 20 minutes to reach to her then after listening my plight she has no solution and when i insisted to talk someone senior then she made me wait for this long.
Is this the kind of service vistara is providing to their customers. Highly disappointed with this kind of support. Was this information helpful? |
