Vistara — I am waiting from last 28 days still I didn't receive any refund

I am waiting from last 28 days still didn't receive any refund and I mailed so many times still didn't receive any email and call so many times.My PNR NO : JJ27RY.There are 2 cases regarding this PNR.First for medical and second for flight miss due to some technical problem.So please solve this matter as soon as totally fraud company poor service seriously.
