Vistara — Incorrect name on Ticket - Refund and Cancellation charges

Hi team, This is regarding my PNR number K4VJHS for which I got my First name missing on my ticket and for which Customer representative did not help and I had to cancel my ticket at last minute and reissue last minute tickets to Bengaluru and return to Delhi.

I need full refund of my cancellation charges and extra charges I paid for new PNR (WORQ8R) in lieu of my this issue with my previous booked flight. Please resolve at the earliest.
