Vistara — Misbehaviour of officer mr mohammed karara haidry

It was very bad experiance travelling with vistara.officer incharge at the time of luggage’s boarding was fighting with every passanges. He was not giving any preference to old age people and special child also.He was very rude with all the passengers.
Policy of luggage of vistara flight also not good for hajis. I travelled with many airlines but it was my very bad experience with them. I will say to the tour operators that do not take tickets of vistara as they are very incoperative because of this threir value will also decrease. Mr Mohammed Karar haidry was so rude and inappropriate with passenger and misusing the power of his position.
