I tried to purchase a ticket from vistara website. Unfortunately 77k money got deducted but no ticket is reserved. Then I wrote a mail to them for refund. Initially they did not reply for 5 days and on 8th Feb they said apologies for delayed response. They said in 7-10 working days money will be refunded . Today is 21 Feb. No mail, no money. I am seriously thinking of filing a serious case on them for such negligence. Amount was huge 77k.
on 8th Feb Mail was from An... Gau...(Senior executive-customer relations).
I don't know if these people can't handle simple things why they have been hired and for what
