Me and my partner traveled from Delhi to Frankfurt UK025 on 27.11.2022.
Got our two bags damaged one is completely damaged lost one of the 4 wheels and it was really painful to drag the broken wheel trolley and other one torned. We tried to look the Air vistara staff after collecting our bags and we did not find any staff there. Someone at airport suggested to take pictures I am attaching the pictures of the broke trolley wheel taken after right picking our baggages from pully and also we had some expensive souvenirs inside for our relatives which are also broken.
It was really bad because we bought the new luggage right before our India trip and now it cannot be used anymore and no possibility to get it repair. It would be nice if you could guide for claiming the compensation of luggage and goods loss. We already tried reaching the airvistara customer relations service but we have no response or resolution.
