I had a very bad experience travelling to udaipur with my family( PNR 56EZ2S). We had to virtually run with my elderly mother and young son. No help from the ground staff, we were left to fend for ourselves. I had to run a good half a km from arrival to gate 60 for the connecting flight. When I reached the gate and asked for help for my family who had been trailing me, Mr SUMIT BHARADWAJ ( ground service) very rudely told me that's not the job of the ground service, I should ask GMR( the airport operator).
I am disgusted with this level of service to customers who pay extra for better service.
I would absolutely NEVER ever fly with thieves like this.
Mr. Bharadwaj should be taught some manners and empathy, maybe that's that's part of his job too. Was this information helpful? |
The additional assistance, if such required and offered by the air carrier, can be ordered by a passenger at least 24 hours prior to the departure of the first flight.
The lonely fact, that, the possible passenger accomplished with the family members, ran about 500 meters, does not disclose the violation of the air carrier or anyone else in providing of the air transportation.
