I have a booking transaction dated 22 Jan 2023 that got failed due to a gateway issue. Air Vistara was informed of the same on 22 Jan 2023. A service request was created by the customer care team on the same date but till today, 19 Mar 2023, I have not received the amount that got deducted from my account.
I have called their customer care team more than 10 times, and each time they mention that the amount will be credited in 5 working days but to date, I have not received any refund. Was this information helpful? |
