Perhaps we in the US are spoiled, but when an airline changes my flight number and scheduled arrival time by more than 2 hours, it would normally be within reason to expect a refund. No such luck apparently with Vistara. Flat out refusal from them. This is the second time that an Indian Airline has done this except that the first one (Indigo) didn't refuse the refund. Never again for Vistara nor "My Trip.com"
