I and my husband are trying to get the refund status on a specific PNR, cancelled in the month of April.
Vistara has been sending us emails on getaways and what not. but no email has been received for refund status.
until the airline confirms on the refund status my third party booking agent wont send us update on the refund.
requesting the Vistara team to share the refund status so that i can take it further
