My wife and my child had booking with below flight on 14sep 23
UK 613 (MUM-UDR).
They have reached before check in close time and their checkin was also done but they denied boarding even reaches at boarding gate before 20 min.
Staff told they will arrange ticket in another flight at free of cost, but after waiting for~ 2 hrs they said cant arrange new ticket and asked us to personally book new ticket.
Pls help in this matter and help in refund my ticket amount, as it was not our fault.
My wife and child both faced lots of trouble to explaining staff and was treated wrong.
My wife was traveling with 6 yr old child, no one helped them.
I called customer care also, but they said only airport staff can assist them.
