I booked and travelled on Vistara flight from Delhi to Ranchi and back to Delhi from 17 to 20 March 2023.
I tried adding my FF number during the web check in but it did not get registered. Then on 21 March I wrote to Vistara about the retro claim. I have not received any reply. I called customer care and was asked to claim retro points through the website. There it says that reto claim can be done only within 7 days of travel so now these tickets are not valid. But, this is not my fault. Vistara customer care did not respond. Even the customer care over the phone did not help.
I want my retro claim.
