Viswanath — bakery selling cigarettes

Dear sir/madam,

There is a bakery called afreen bakery in 43 sarojini devi road, beside madhava nursing home hospital & opposite st ann’s girls high school, secunderabad, telangana. The afreen bakery sells cigarettes and tea. At any time you can see 15-20 people smoking, none of the residents smoke and we and our kids are being forced to passive smoke every day. The cigarette smoke enters our house.
The school children too are facing problems as the parents drop the children in the morning and evening when the school children are out they wait for the parents or in auto’s.
The bakery does not hold any license for selling cigarettes.

This is so much nuisance today and looking at the shops profits this, looks like is going to be a permanent nuisance on our road. I am wondering if there is a law on which i can approach the police and court to stop sale of cigarettes in this bakery near residential & school area. And people who smoke can they be made to not smoke near houses.
