Viswanath — please take necessary action on this fraud

The person named viswanath has contacted us in response to my request for loan on clickindia. He sent his email to share the documents after that he has taken rs 2000 in the name of processing fee and blocked our numbers. How can you encourage people like this
? Who is responsible for my loss. If my issue is not resolved i will lodge complaint on this website too for encouraging frauds
