The staff in viveka are very irresponsible and they do not provide any proper reply in case of any enquiry. The installation of my product was not in time it took min 10 days for them to register a complaint that too after my enquiry till then no one turned up. It's really ridiculous these people are. No proper customer service. It's not a good one to buy for our emergency purpose. Hope the mgmt look into it and take steps to satisfy customers hereafter. Was this information helpful? | |
