[Resolved] Viveks India — Daikin ac provided by viveks is of the poor quality and no proper customer service | |||||
Dear sir/madam I am writing this letter with great disappointment on the service provided by your customer service department on the complaints raised with respect to ac. I purchased diakin airconditioner on 05th may from viveks - tambaram, but there was no cooling after using for just 25 days. I raised the service request with viveks, however i got the response that my name was not listed in the data base and since the name was not listed i may need to undergo paid service. Why do i need to go for paid service though my ac is under warranty period? Why my name was not listed in the data base though i have valid order no? Why do the customer needs to get penalise for the improper control that viveks has? Appreciate your response please.
