Viveks India — Delay in getting replacement for damaged goods

I bought Bosch Washing machine, LG 55' television, Zebronics sound bar and Stabilizer on 23rd of March 2024. I have been promised that all the goods i have purchased will be delivered on 24th March 2024 but only TV and stabilizer was delivered and Washing machine was delivered on next day. When installation happened for washing machine it was no surprise for us that the package doesn't contain inlet and outlet pipe for washing machine and sound bar was not delivered. When raised this issue again with Viveks and after repeated follow-ups we got it delivered on 25th March 2024. Also when executive from LG unpacked the box for installation, we found that display was broken. This issue was raised with Viveks and they promised me to give a replacement on next day. I haven't received any replacement till date 27th March 2024. Customer service executives are lethargic on responding to customer queries. Showroom managers are not even bothered to hear our issues. I have never been through so much of mental trauma because of the way they are been treating me and my family. Request your immediate help on this to resolve this issue and provide a compensation for me.
