[Resolved] Viveks India — Delayed delivery of product | |||
We bought electronic items as per the below mentioned bill. After repeated calls the delivery was stated to be made on 22nd of march around 3 to 5 pm, but it was not done.. After repeated calls from my parents we got an assurance that the products would be delivered at d 6 pm despite knowing the fact that there is a senior citizens. After the product got delivered at the destination and they have to travel two hours to us to reach their home, the project got delivered only around 9:30 pm. And the delivery man demanded a hefty amount to be given the service charge despite knowing the fact that the delivery charges are included in the bill. The product got delivered only around 9:30 pm.It brings us to have a disturbance in a minds despite the fact that having done such a huge purchase, we had to go to such inconvenience. Had the delivery person informed us of the proper delivery time beforehand my senior parents need not have waited for such a long time. Take this as a lesson to u from your esteemed customers, and stick to the original comitted delivery time so that we have a pleasing experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
