[Resolved] Viveks India — HAIER fridge repair not done till date reason parts not available | |||
Dear i purchased a double door fridge from Vivek chennai. the fridge fan was making some noise i made a repair request on 5-3-3027 and their rep came and removed the fan and told us it will take three days time and the cost involved also Rs 1000/= which i agreed. after 3 days i called to know the status of the work and they told me they ordered parts and on 13th with out fail they would fix the fan. When i contacted their reply was they yet to procure parts and since it is getting delayed they will fix the old fan and asked me to find out other repairers What kind of service they are providing. It is not a shame on the part of vivek& company to say like that. Then how they expect me to buy any items from their showroom in future.The management should take a corrective action immediately to avoid loosing the customer like me and reducing the business volume Was this information helpful? | |||
