[Resolved] Viveks India — No proper response for the issue - keep on postponing delivery | |||
Raised a complaint for Washing machine service. Almost 3 weeks, since not fixed. Getting a call and informed it will be fixed but keeps on postponing . This is not the first time, already had faced the same kind of issue and after several phone calls/escaltions it got sorted out. Now the same thing happening for washing machine as well. Sir my Ac repair last month I will call home serve they come & Cheque repair the Ac we pay Rs :4100, after 10 days same problem they come and collect I will call service personnel they don't take my number and I will call service twice they don't give feedback what will we do sir pls rectify sir
