My name is ps thangamuthu residing at velachery, chennai. I have paid a sum of rs 1499/- on account of amc-basic plan-split ac on 12 february 2019. Vn no is 1049844 and inv serial no 111/ac/ca/023786. But no service has been carried out so far where as they have told me that service of ac will be carried out every after three months at the time of booking of amc.
