Dear sir/madam I have came to your Poonamallee showroom on 07/03/2017 to buy led tv 40inchs in instalment I have waited more than 6hours for approval and finally they appeared an told me make a initial amount an I made it through by debit card an got tv delivered to my home. On 08/03/2017 they came to my home an told to my wife that your approval for the tv has been cancelled an taking back our tv and my wife asked about repayment and documents they said evening come to showroom an collect. And evening i went to showroom an asked my repayment an document, they said we will give it by cheque so come an collect it after a week an I went. And after a week I got only cheque and i asked about my document, they told that is with banker an they are not hear an come an collect it tomorrow but now the date is 27/03/2017 still now i dint get my documents back, so pls kindly help me to get my documents soon Was this information helpful? | |||||
