Viveks India — Servicing of panosanic tv

I purchase a panosonic tv in vivex showroom mylapore while buying they said one year warenty with additional one year extended warrenty. but my tv is repair and i launch a complaint they said your tv warenty is only for one year and it also finished and i ask them to service it but inspite of many calls they are not come to collect the tv then after many calls they come and collect the tv on 31st may 2016 anbd they keep idle for more than 20 days with thid period i called several times about the status of tv they said we will inform but now they say 240000 to be paid for service as charges what a fraud it is the tv it self is below 24000. vivek service i never see such a worst service please dont sell the product which can not be serviced are quickly repaired i want to file case in this regard in customer forum please do needful to take action inthis regard
