I'd like to bring to your notice that one month earlier I purchased a LG refrigerator and ULTRA grinder from Viveks, Selaiyur.
During the refrigerator installation day the technician who visited to show a demo for the product had broken one of the hardened glass. He promised to make a replacement in 2-3 business days but there is no response from him for more than a month.
This is an inappropriate behavior of the technician and I request you to please take appropriate action on this .
