We bought Vivek tv 5 yrs back.now its not working properly.so we took product to tnag branch by auto.there they guided to Mylapore home care.receptionist over there checked and accepted our product for service.once we reached home she calld us and told to took product immediately. we went next day ..she told service is in tnag . asked them to call.they told they will come to home next day by evening service person came took photos, plugged and told rs 3800 for board change.we are not interested in that so we told we will buy new tv.immediately he asked for rs 500 without giving any bill he took from us.totally we lost 1200 rs.is it a fair for a normal people?
