I purchased this tv on 9th august 2017 at your adyar show room.
After initial few days, the tv had audio problem - the sound will keep going off and on and we have to switch off and on the tv every time and try again.
I called up your service centre, who came and checked and told us that the tv has "mother board problem" and need replacement. The service engineer told us that it will take 10days for the spares to reach. This was end augearly sep.
Since nothing happened, i went to your show room and met madhan kumar on 27th sep. He told me that this will be taken care by next week.
Today is october 9 and still i am waiting for a resolution.
Today i called up your customer care who tells me that it will take a week more.
Please let me have a date for closing this - either i need a replacement set of reimbursement of the money paid.
