[Resolved] Viveks India — We are cheated for ac delivery in viveks | |||
Ordered an AC on 17apr in viveks & Co - Chennai trade center during their mega sale . They promised to deliver in 3days . One week past, nothe delivered. Worst customer care experience. The only number showing in bill is customer care number but your life will become Hell as it takes at least 20min to reach them and no proper response from them...No one is able to tell the status of my AC delivery. .Totally tired in last 4 days in contacting them. Like me I think lot of people are cheated and still waitingfor delivery. Don't ever think of buying anything in viveks . Was this information helpful? | |||
