[Resolved] Viveks — Very very worst service before installing | |||
I have seen my dealers, who apologies for their mistakes (Mistakes may happen) and immediate action will be taken. But here in viveks, it was horrible. I have purchased an inventer a/c and was delivered after 3 day. The installation person came after 2 days and said that the product was mismatch it was a 3 star a/c. Please call the customer care and replace the same. I have tried their customer care number 46468722 / 4213 1616. There is no proper response from them for 3 days. Daily have made 5 to 6 calls. When ever i enquire they said, we will call you with in 30 min & will be delivered asap without knowing the exact issue. After shouting they said it will take 3 more days to deliver. Still today a/c was lying in my floor. I have removed my old a/c for new installation but still, we are sleeping without a/c. They are not doing any free service, we asked for what we have paid….. Don’t buy anything from special or warehouse sale. Was this information helpful? | |||

Also, it was noted that your had used very abusive language over call with our women staff. We request you to kindly avoid the same henceforth. We assure the issue would be closed to your satisfaction.
